MOVIE NIGHT IS BACK!
Movie Night at The Falls at Settlers Walk every second Friday of each month. Food begins at 6:00 pm and movie begins promptly at 7:45 pm. Its a great time! Don't miss out on a new release!
Congratulations! Mike Bachey, maintenance person extraordinare, took third place in the Greater Dayton Apartment Association Maintenance Mania competition. Mike was able to fix sinks, toilets, screens, freezers and smoke detectors in under one minute. He also built a race car that finished a race in under nine seconds! Give Mike a big congratulations when you see him! Mike, we are extremely proud of you.
And congratulations to Frank Randall from the Towne team who finished first place and took home the $200 prize. Frank works on the condo side of Towne properties.
